My sister has been in this facility for over 30 years. She is bedridden and has never had a pressure sore. Her caregivers love her and work hard to keep her happy. She had a swallow issue and they put in a feeding tube. Her caregivers worked diligently to correct her swallow issue because she loves eating so much. She is eating again!

Very true, they ruin simple things like Lima beans and tomato soup. And the portions are barely enough for a 6 year old, which I guess is a good thing. . They also under staff the aides leaving residents often waiting far too long for help. I have been here over 5 years and it continuously gets worse. I will admit the treatment nurses are very good. I have fairly bad wounds, not their fault but they treat them very good and the nurses are nice and very competent.

My mom was in Crowne for a year and a half before being able to return home. The staff was amazing. The other residents were a lot of fun to hang out with especially on bingo days.
